We help people cope with significant changes, parenting and transitions in life related to relationships, work, family, health, and other issues; and identifying and addressing behaviors that can undermine people’s happiness, such as addictions.

Some other common issues we help individuals with include effectively managing personal challenges, building and improving interpersonal relationships, and increasing a sense of serenity and centeredness in what can be a chaotic world.
